I was reading Ashley's Books to Tea blog earlier this week and I stumbled upon the 12 Days of Book Blogmas that Rachel at Parajunkee is hosting. I wanted to do something festive this month for the blog but haven't found the right Book Blogmas to participate in. Parajunkee's 12 Days of Book Blogmas is definitely right up my alley. The first day is today and 12 Days of Book Blogmas will continue for 11 days until December 25th.
It's the time of year to give and that is what I am doing today. Who doesn't love a giveaway? This is also my first giveaway on the blog so why not spread the cheer with a holiday themed book. Depending how this giveaway goes, I will be hosting more giveaways in the future.

ReplyDeleteI agree. The UK has some amazing covers :D.
DeleteI don't have a favorite holiday book but I wouldn't mind winning My True Love Gave to Me. Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI don't really have a holiday favorite. I'm not big on reading holiday books etc. But, I could maybe use some recommendations. :D
ReplyDeleteHaven't read any yet! But I want to read this one and Let it snow by John Green
ReplyDeleteI definitely want to read LIS one day! Sounds amazing!
DeleteMy favorite will always be Twas The Night Before Christmas. I read it to my boys every year.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, how beautiful is the UK cover for My True Love Gave To Me. I finished reading it last month and it was absolutely warm and fuzzy and lighthearted. It totally brought a smile to my face. *g* THE FEELS. At the moment, I'm actually reading Let It Snow by John Green and the other two author's and then I plan on reading Dash and Lily. :)
ReplyDeleteI don't have one! There are some I WANT to read though, like Let it Snow with John Green, etc.

I think the idea of a Wizarding World Christmas is awesome! I like to re-read them in the fall/winter. =)
ReplyDelete:D.
DeleteThough it's not specifically a holiday book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone gives off such a cheery holiday vibe, since Christmas is a big part in the middle of the book and personally means a lot to Harry. Also considering how many of my favorite authors contributed to write My True Love Gave to Me, I have a feeling it could be a new holiday fave! Thanks for the giveaway :)

YES!!! Harry Potter is amazing anytime around but I love reading the series during the holidays!
DeleteI like to read Little Women during the holidays or even Little house on the prairie. I am old school I guess.
ReplyDeleteI loved reading Little Women when I was younger :). Classics are always nice to read.
DeleteHmm, I am not sure. I haven't read many to be honest. My favorite book from around the holiday time last year was Vampire Academy. Thanks for the giveaway! Have a happy holiday :)
